Booking and cancellation

Cancellation: cancellations made 15 days or less before arrival are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the booking total.

No-show: failure to arrive is subject to a charge equal to 100% of the booking total.

Payment methods: cash, card and bank transfer are accepted.

Stay information

Check-in: from 15:00. There is no maximum arrival time with advance notice; arrivals after 22:00 must be coordinated beforehand.

Check-out: 12:00. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.

Children: children are welcome. Guests under 13 are considered children; children do not stay free of charge.

Pets: pets are welcome for an additional charge. Ask for the current amount when booking.

Smoking: smoking is permitted only in open-air spaces.

Accessibility: Casa Ofelia does not have accessible guest rooms.
